Deirdre from Grianan Consulting has extensive experience in Value Stream Transformation and is one of only a handful of consultants in Europe certified by the Institute for Operational Excellence as a Value Stream Design Trainer and Coach.

Deirdre offers dedicated training and coaching on specific Value Stream Design techniques, including Mixed Models and Shared Resources. The output of these programmes is a realistic action plan, owned by the client.
